In the early morning hours of March 15, 2025, the life of 37-year-old Terrance Davon Moore, an African American man known affectionately as 'Skeem,' was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. At approximately 5:15 a.m., police responded to a call regarding a gunshot victim in the 800 block of Wide Street, near East Brambleton Avenue. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Moore suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Despite immediate attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene. ...
