On the morning of March 15, 2025, 37-year-old African American man Terrance Davon Moore, known affectionately as "Skeem," was fatally shot in Norfolk, Virginia. Police responded to a call around 5:15 a.m. in the 800 block of Wide Street, near East Brambleton Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Terrance Moore suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
