In the early hours of a summer morning in Norfolk, Virginia, a violent encounter in the parking lot of a Cook Out restaurant tragically cut short the life of Jason C. Allred, a 25-year-old man from New Mexico. On June 24, 2024, at approximately 1:25 a.m., police were dispatched to the fast-food establishment on East Little Creek Road following reports of a gunshot victim.
