On November 23, 2023, at approximately 2:15 a.m., 15-year-old Anthony Mason was fatally shot in the head on Vandalia Street in the Binghampton neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee. Memphis Police responded to the scene and pronounced Mason deceased upon arrival.
