On October 13, 2025, Antonio Smith, a man, was lost in Memphis, Tennessee, after gunfire erupted in the middle of an ordinary afternoon.

Police were called to the Marathon gas station at the corner of South Third Street and East Mallory Avenue shortly after 3 p.m., where an altercation ended with shots fired.
