On the morning of November 21, 2011, a discovery was made at the rear of a residence located at 2768 Burns in Memphis, Tennessee. Responding to a "man down" call at approximately 7 a.m., police officers found 33-year-old Nicholas Taylor, a Black / African American male, lying on the ground with gunshot wounds.
