Travis "Travo" Whitaker, a 21-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot to death on October 5, 2015. Whitaker, who had been trying to turn his life around after a stint in jail for burglary, was found lying in the road at the intersection of Manson Street and Wilson Road in the Campostella neighborhood^1^.
