Andre Javan Elliot, aged 35, was tragically shot to death on July 9, 2011, in his residence on Pelham Road, Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred around 1:35 a.m., and he was pronounced dead at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital shortly after. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately treated as a homicide, prompting a thorough investigation by the Norfolk Police Department.
