At 2:00 a.m., on April 21, 1992, Hilda Beaudoin and her brother left the Beagle Lounge in Mary's Harbour, Newfoundland Labrador. They embarked on a single snowmobile to ride across the sea ice near coastal waters in efforts to return to St. Lewis, Newfoundland and Labrador.
