On June 20, 2023, Albert Patrick Johnson, a 38-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed in the 2900 block of Pleasant Avenue. The incident occurred in the Ocean View area of Norfolk, and Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
