On a Sunday night in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of James Edward Lindsey III was tragically cut short. On October 20, 2024, police responded to a call about a gunshot victim in the 1600 block of Madison Avenue. Upon their arrival around 10:00 p.m., they discovered the 40-year-old man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, Lindsey was pronounced deceased at the scene.
