In the autumn of 2015, the life of Kingston Ellis, a 32-year-old man, was tragically cut short on a street in Syracuse, New York. On the evening of Saturday, November 14th, the sound of gunfire echoed through the Hawley-Green neighborhood, a community known for its historic homes and diverse residents. When police responded to calls, they discovered Ellis with a gunshot wound.
