Quentin Harrison Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2021. The incident occurred in the afternoon near the intersection of Midland Avenue and West Colvin Street. Harrison was shot and subsequently transported to Upstate University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
