In the spring of 2021, on the afternoon of April 28th, the life of 26-year-old Quentin Devon Harrison Jr., a Black male from Syracuse, New York, was tragically cut short. Gunshots rang out near the intersection of Midland Avenue and West Colvin Street, and when the sound faded, Harrison was left with fatal wounds. He was quickly transported to Upstate University Hospital, but the efforts to save him were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead.
