In the city of Syracuse, New York, a life was tragically cut short on October 7, 2024. Dostdar Ali Khel, a 16-year-old male, was fatally shot in a residence on Herbert Street. The Syracuse Police Department responded to a call of a shooting at approximately 11:33 a.m. and found the teenager with a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
