Kewing Belizaire, a 26-year-old resident of Syracuse, New York, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2021. Belizaire was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 100-block of Dablon Court. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. The incident occurred in the late afternoon, around 4:30 PM, when police responded to reports of a shooting.
