In the spring of 2023, the life of 39-year-old Gregory R. “Dugga” Graves was tragically cut short on a Sunday, April 16th. A male victim of a shooting on Shonnard Street in Syracuse, he was rushed to the hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

The investigation into his death led Syracuse Police to identify two men in connection with the fatal shooting. One man, Miguel Cruz of Clay, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. Police alleged that Cruz was not th ...
