In the early morning hours of a Syracuse, New York Sunday, the life of 22-year-old Devante Combs was tragically cut short. On December 6, 2015, Combs, a male, was fatally wounded by a gunshot to his chest. The incident unfolded around 2:38 a.m. when police were responding to a report of shots fired in the area of the 100 block of Smith Lane.
