In a tragic turn of events on a Tuesday evening in Syracuse, New York, 19-year-old Ismael Diaz-Marrero and his 17-year-old brother, Daniel Diaz-Marrero, both of Cuban descent, were fatally shot in what authorities have described as a robbery attempt that went horribly wrong. The brothers were reportedly lured to the city's west side by a 17-year-old acquaintance of the younger brother.
