On January 10, 2017, Ismael Diaz-Marrero, a 19-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. Ismael and his 17-year-old brother, Daniel Diaz-Marrero, were lured to a vacant home on Grant Avenue under the pretense of a meeting arranged by Sheahonni Davis.
