In the city of Syracuse, New York, a life was tragically cut short in the spring of 2019. Rhyan T. Williams-Cannon, a 21-year-old male, became a victim of gun violence on the evening of March 30th. The incident that claimed his life unfolded on the city's west side, where he and another individual were shot. While the other victim survived, Williams-Cannon succumbed to his injuries.
