In the winter of 2021, a family dispute in Norfolk, Virginia, culminated in a tragic end for 31-year-old Kevin Michael Gumbs. The male victim was visiting his younger brother, Gregory Alexander Mayo, but their time together was marred by what was described as Mayo's concerning behavior.
