Kevin Michael Gumbs, aged 31, tragically lost his life on February 12, 2021, in Norfolk, Virginia. Kevin was found with gunshot wounds in the 7400 block of Fenner Street around 5 p.m. on that day. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Kevin's death was a result of multiple gunshot wounds, and the circumstances surrounding the incident were initially unclear, with the Norfolk Police Department not releasing a motive or detailed circumstances immediately following the incident.
