In the early hours of June 29, 2022, the life of 26-year-old Z’Ky S. Williams, a Black male from Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Around 12:40 a.m., Norfolk police responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the 6200 block of Alexander Street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a grim scene with two men suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.
