Stefon T. Grimes, a 23-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 25, 2019, in what has been described as a senseless act of violence. Born on September 8, 1995, in Chesapeake, Virginia, Stefon lived in Norfolk with his father, Curtis Grimes.
