In the early hours of April 2, 2016, the life of 30-year-old Travis William Stone was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Gunshots shattered the predawn quiet in the 800 block of East Princess Anne Road, prompting multiple calls to the police shortly after 12:35 a.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Mr. Stone suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
