In the summer of 2016, the life of 25-year-old Blake Scott, a male resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically cut short. On the evening of June 12th, police were called to the 500 block of Timothy Avenue where they found Scott suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
