Fred Byford Fleener IV, a 22-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically passed away on November 14, 2015. According to reports, the incident occurred during an argument between Fred Fleener IV and his father, Fred Fleener III, at their home. The argument, which escalated over a disagreement about biscuits and gravy, resulted in Fred Fleener III fatally shooting his son in the chest. Fred Fleener IV was transported to Eskenazi Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during surgery.
