Justin Jamison, a 23-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2015. Employed by the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Justin was well-regarded in his community. On the evening of his death, he was shot in a Norfolk neighborhood, an incident that shocked and saddened those who knew him.
