Claude M. Smith, aged 31, tragically lost his life on December 10, 2017, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the Norfolk Garden area. Police responded to a call and found Smith shot inside a car on Ivaloo Street. He was immediately transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
