Myquan McCloud, a 21-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2016. On that fateful day, police were called to the 800 block of Lindenwood Avenue shortly before 3 p.m. following reports of gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, officers discovered McCloud near the roadway, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
