Shaquille Turner, a 25-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2017, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred on Northampton Boulevard and was later identified as a murder-suicide. According to reports, Turner was driving his vehicle when it collided with another car driven by Dwight Walker Jr., a 27-year-old from Chesapeake.
