In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 17-year-old Joel Green was tragically cut short. On November 9, 2014, police responded to reports of a gunshot victim in the 200 block of Hough Avenue. Upon arrival, they found the young Black male suffering from a gunshot wound.
