In the early hours of Valentine's Day in 2014, a burst of violence in the 900 block of Bagnall Road in Norfolk, Virginia, irrevocably altered the course of a young man's life. Twenty-one-year-old Johnnie Nottingham was discovered there around 2:30 a.m. on Friday, February 14th, suffering from a gunshot wound.
