In the summer of 1992, the life of a young man was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Burnice Antonio Miller, a 24-year-old Black or African American male, was the victim of a brutal homicide. On July 18th of that year, his body was discovered abandoned on a stretch of Interstate 64, between the Tidewater Drive and Granby Street exits.
