In the early hours of April 5, 2023, the life of 31-year-old Duwayne Maurice Brown was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Just after midnight, at approximately 12:07 a.m., police responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the 6200 block of Alexander Street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Mr. Brown suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
