Markee Lavell Turner, a 29-year-old man from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 25, 2019. Turner, known affectionately as "Dutchy," was a talented musician and producer who had a promising career ahead of him. He was in the process of signing with a major record label and launching his own label, S.O.X. (Straight Outta Exmore).
