Stacey Cherry, a 21-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2012. Stacey was visiting his grandmother on South Cape Henry Avenue when he was shot to death. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m., and residents reported hearing multiple gunshots at the time.
