In the early morning hours of July 18, 2024, the life of 18-year-old Branden Marquise Davis, Jr. was tragically cut short in a home on Grantham Road in Norfolk, Virginia. Officers responded to a call of a person shot at approximately 3:00 a.m. and discovered the young man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
