A man is shot in a car on I 264 E at Ballentine Boulevard in the City of Norfolk
On August 6, 2011, 34-year-old Timothy Vondrell Jenkins was fatally shot while driving along Interstate 264 in Norfolk, Virginia. The shooting occurred near the Ballentine Boulevard exit, where Jenkins was traveling with three other individuals in a Ford Expedition. An unknown assailant, driving a separate vehicle, opened fire on Jenkins' vehicle, striking all four occupants.
