In the city of Norfolk, Virginia, a young life was abruptly cut short in the spring of 2022. Faizon J. Moore, a 21-year-old Black male, became the victim of a fatal shooting on the afternoon of March 15th. The incident that claimed his life unfolded in the 800 block of Fremont Street, located in the Olde Huntersville neighborhood.
