In the quiet hours of a summer night in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 15-year-old Kristopher 'Bebop' Edmonds was tragically cut short. On July 13, 2021, the teenager was at a neighborhood playground in the Diggs Town area when gunfire erupted around 12:45 a.m. Kristopher, a male who was active in his church choir, was with two other teenagers, a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old, at the time of the incident.
