Javaughn Moore, a 22-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 20, 2017. Javaughn, also known by his nicknames "Jay" and "Blizzo," was a beloved member of his community. On the night of his death, Javaughn was playing video games at a residence on Halstead Avenue when he was fatally shot. The incident was part of a double shooting that left another man injured.
