Dante Lewis, a 24-year-old sailor from Chicago, was tragically killed on July 15, 2016, in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on West 49th Street and Hampton Boulevard, near Old Dominion University. Lewis was found inside a 2015 Kia Forte with Tennessee plates, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
