In the early morning hours of January 9, 2021, the life of 43-year-old Alfred M. Robinson of Chesapeake, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Just after 5:00 a.m., dispatchers received a call reporting a gunshot disturbance in the 200 block of Poplar Avenue in Norfolk. When police officers arrived at the residence, they discovered Robinson inside, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
