In the early morning hours of a summer day in Norfolk, Virginia, tragedy struck a local family. Just before the break of dawn on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at approximately 12:50 a.m., the life of 28-year-old Johnny Lee Bell Jr. was cut short. A male resident of Norfolk, he was affectionately known as “Lil” Johnny to his friends and family.
