Johnny L. Bell, a 28-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting on July 6, 2021. The incident occurred around 12:50 a.m. in the 3000 block of Beachmont Avenue, near the intersection with Godfrey Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Johnny Bell suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Norfolk Police Department immediately launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
