Ike Lamont Phelps, aged 36, tragically passed away on September 5, 2018, in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He was a resident of Spotsylvania, VA, and left behind his father, Dwight Phelps, two sisters, Kimberly Abdullah and Felicia Gibson, and four children, Ayana, Ikaija, Alaya, and Ike Jr. A memorial service was held on September 13, 2018, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Spotsylvania.
