In the early morning hours of June 20, 2015, the life of 25-year-old Tesean Jemel Dorsey was tragically cut short in Fredericksburg, Virginia. A Black/African American male, Dorsey was asleep in his bedroom at the Fall Hill Apartments on Greystone Court when he was fatally wounded by a gunshot to the head.
