Brian Riley, 19, male, was a Fredericksburg resident whose life ended late on July 15, 2025, after gunfire erupted in the England Run Apartments subdivision in South Stafford. Deputies were dispatched at 10:56 p.m. to multiple reports of shots fired and found the 19-year-old with gunshot wounds. First responders rendered aid, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
