The circumstances surrounding how the young man ended up in that ditch have been the subject of speculation and a long-standing investigation that has yet to yield any arrests.
Kevin, an honor student and a member of the Red Box Improv troupe, was remembered as a talented artist. On the night he was found, he had reportedly texted his father to say he had a ride home from the local mall. What transpired after that message remains a mystery.
