On the night of September 4, 2024, at approximately 11:06 p.m., Stafford County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to multiple reports of a shooting on Hulls Chapel Road in Stafford, Virginia. Upon arrival, they observed a Ford Mustang fleeing the scene and conducted a high-risk stop, detaining the 17-year-old driver who was found in possession of a firearm.
