In the late hours of a Wednesday evening, the life of 18-year-old Connall Jackie Mullins was tragically cut short. On September 16, 2020, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Mullins, a male resident of King George County, was fatally wounded in a shooting. The incident occurred at approximately 10:45 p.m. in the 2500 block of Carriage Lane.
