Chaquil Dailey, a 24-year-old resident of Stafford County, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on November 18, 2018. The incident occurred at an Exxon gas station on Warrenton Road in Fredericksburg, near Interstate 95, around 12:20 a.m. Dailey was at the gas pump when he was shot. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead^1^.
