On August 19, 2016, Christopher Williams, a 21-year-old resident of Fredericksburg, Virginia, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. The incident occurred early in the morning in the 200 block of Kingsmill Court at the Kendalwood Apartment Complex. Fredericksburg Police received a call at 12:21 a.m. about a disturbance at the complex, and while en route, they were informed of a shooting at the same location.
